Hello, I'm Sri Thuraisamy.

I work on the parts of technology that keep other parts running: site reliability engineering, platform engineering, service management, and lately, putting AI to work inside those disciplines rather than just talking about it.

Uptime and Away is where that writing lives. The name is a nod to the two halves of the site. Uptime is the day job. Away is everything else: travel, mostly by road and on foot, and the photographs that come back with me.
